Quantum Environmental Policy

Quantum Strategy & Technology aims to achieve a high standard of environmental care in all aspects of conducting our business. We are committed to continuous improvement in environmental performance by taking account of evolving knowledge, practice, and community expectations.

The Company will take all reasonable steps to:

• Be aware of possible direct and indirect environmental effects of our operations and services and minimise these effects;
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and standards; uphold the spirit of the law; and where laws do not adequately protect the environment, apply standards that minimise any adverse environmental impacts resulting from our operations and services;
• Ensure that our services meet the environmental requirements of our clients.

We will always endeavour to:

• Use raw materials efficiently;
• Avoid the pollution of land, water or air;
• Minimise energy use, particularly those forms of energy which impact adversely on climate change;
• Minimise waste through use of the waste management hierarchy (reduce, re-use and  recycle);
• Reduce the impacts associated with business travel and travel to work.

In particular we will use public transport whenever reasonably practical to do so and will encourage our clients and sub-contractors to do the same.

We will use recycled paper wherever possible and print documents double-sided.

We will offset our annual carbon emissions.

We will communicate our environmental policy to our employees, clients and the community.
