Quality System

Quantum has internal quality procedures which are registered with Certified Quality Systems Limited as compliant with BS EN ISO 9001 (Registration No: GB2002499). All work carried out by Quantum and its subcontractors is carried out in accordance with these in-house procedures and documentation systems.

As part of these procedures we operate a client feedback system so that our clients can rate the quality of our work and make suggestions for improvement.
