Climate Change Local Area Support Programme (CLASP)

An on going programme of briefings around climate change adaptation and mitigation for various types of local authorities. These are largely targeted at assisting local councils to achieve National Indicators N185, N186 and N188. Work in this area ranges from briefing both potential users and installer to planning committee members on small scale renewables to food security and behavioural change.
